- Frame with 2 guiding units equipped with a fixed console for the left-hand welding unit, and a moveable console for the right-hand welding unit
- Embossing unit, linear handling, transfer axis, seam recognition station, lowering unit
- Linear welding unit, moveable on the right, made up of a tensioning cylinder, motorised stroke axis, electrode accommodators with contour and form electrodes
- Horizontal welding unit fixed on the left, made up of tensioning cylinder, electrode accommodators with contour and form electrodes
- Chain transport system for return transportation of valve fixtures from the welding station
- Revolving magazine made up of flange fixed drive, accommodation flange for the magazine, 6-pocket magazine disc
- Pipe bin with separating blade, linear guide, cylinder traverse, pneumatic valve
- Linear handling pipe feed made up of a basic frame, guided pneumatic cylinder, angled grabber, pressure cylinder to position pipe, adjustable opposing pressure console, pneumatic valves
